Deepa M. Jose, MS, ANP, GNP-BC
Deepa Jose is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner working with the physicians in our Pain Management Center of Excellence. She has comprehensive experience in pain management, with a focus on managing acute and chronic pain in both hospital and outpatient settings.
Jose received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Manipal College of Nursing in India, then received a Master of Science degree / Nurse Practitioner from Hunter College in New York. Her vast experience working in pain management includes managing patients with chronic, acute, neuropathic, cancer, rheumatologic, oral, and maxillofacial pain.
In addition to working directly with BSSNY pain physicians and patients, Jose also teaches clinical and educational courses at the College of New Rochelle’s BSN program. She is a current member of the Nurse Practitioners of New York and the National Indian Nurse Practitioners Association of America. Deepa enjoys traveling, biking, reading, and Bikram Yoga.
